Our renowned global client is currently seeking multiple Business Analysts for their upcoming projects. The successful candidate must enjoy challenge, growth and opportunity to be exposed to numerous initiatives from medium to enterprise levels. This full time role requires higher level of analytical and problem solving skills in fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Analyze business processes, workflows & document user requirements
• Prepare/present formal business cases with ROI for major projects for business approvals
• Lead development and apply standardized processes, tools and templates
• Lead business teams in the design and implementation of enhanced and automated
business processes. Provide recommendations on practical application of technology
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and approved as per project plan
• Prepare business requirements, specifications and business cases based on Business
analysis & project management methodologies
• Monitor, control the project deliverables e.g. schedule, scope and quality & risks
• Ensure scope changes are logged, estimated, reviewed, approved and incorporated
accordingly into the project deliverables.
• Provide SME leadership and problem solving assistance to other colleagues
Qualifications / Experience
• College/University education and relevant certification
• Minimum of 5 years of BA work experience in a variety of industries
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
